Convenience Fees from eGov:
The service provider charges a convenience fee for payment processing. The fee will be 2.95% with a minimum of $2.00 per payment.
In order to make a utility payment, you must have your bill that shows your account number and amount due. Once you receive a confirmation number your payment is complete.
